The Arc premium subscription (Arc Essentials) includes all the features and functionality of Arc for All, plus enhanced capabilities that provide more insights into your current performance and ways to improve. Including metrics and analysis, portfolio analytics, customized date ranges for your performance period, project and portfolio level reporting, modeling tools and additional benchmarks.Tools include:
Advanced scoring: Benchmark your project performance against a peer group, verify compliance against Building Performance Standards (BPS) throughout the United States, see where you stand in respect to GRESB and determine whether you are on path to your country’s decarbonization targets with CRREM
Performance Certificates: Communicate improvement and share performance information with third parties.
LEED readiness: Receive gap analysis for projects and portfolios that projects potential for LEED certification and the expected level.
Insight: Choose any address in the world and a radius around that location, and receive data on all the LEED new construction projects in that area including the LEED points earned by each project and LEED credit achievement.
Portfolio analytics: View performance charts and graphs at the portfolio scale or review the list of projects together with overall score and scores for each category.
Customization: Arrange your dashboard to view custom time periods.
Modelling: Perform what-if scenarios with your performance score with separate models for each of the five categories tracked in Arc by increasing or decreasing usage or select the matrix view to show possible scores based on set levels of use reduction.
