Business Understanding identifies the potential usage of advanced analytics / AI, and how this would be injected into key business processes, along with identifying the systems that support them.

Data Understanding considers the data available and how it can be used to support these advanced analytics / AI, use cases.

Further phases are proposed as separate offers. Rocket Launch, proposes to assess the quality of data in the customer’s environment. In Mission Control, analytics models are integrated into the customer’s processes and infrastructure as a seamlessly operating entity.
