Verdigris IoT Energy Meter
Published by
Verdigris
Features
Analytics suite
Verdigris offers a suite of applications. These products allow for comparisons of energy consumption between buildings and enable unprecedented depth of energy analysis for building managers to move beyond reactive calls. Portfolio managers can benchmark the electricity consumption of their assets and submeter tenants while facility and operations teams can proactively manage their buildings to improve operational outcomes. They can track building consumption, monitor critical equipment, get real-time status notifications, all the while accessing all their systems with from a single web connected service.
Unique Data Access
-
Web-app dashboard with multiple views
Real-time availability for demand and energy
Power quality information
Portfolio comparison for benchmarking
Actionable Alerts
-
Setpoint deviation
Scheduling mismatch
Deviations from predictive models of energy consumption
Artificial Intelligence Algorithms
-
Forecasting for demand and/or battery management
Device disaggregation and labeling
Asset condition monitoring
Intelligent alerts
AI-based smart setpoints for adaptive real time anomaly detection
Virtual device data (Disaggregation)
Electrical waveform disaggregation to virtualize downstream electrical devices without deploying additional hardware
Energy Forecasting (Neural Network)
Verdigris uses generalized additive models (GAMs) for forecasting power. GAMs fit both linear and nonlinear functions of features and add them together to create a single model.
Our forecasts use weather, long term power trends, short terms power trends, or even external data sources to create accurate circuit or building level forecasts. Our forecast updates every 15 minutes and forecasts forward the next 24 hours at 15 minute intervals. This enables the algorithm to take advantage of new data when calculating a forecast.
API
Programmatic interface to raw data streams for bespoke application development. Develop or integrate business intelligence software.
