These data are related to the monitoring and control of moisture level in breakfast cereal production line: to dry the cereal, an oven is operated with a collection of sensors that report measurements on a regular basis (every minute). Moisture data are not collected by a sensor, but sampled manually (thus at much lower frequency than other data). The data span from 21-05-2014 until the 29-05-2014.
