Labeling is more than just the printing of a product’s description, ingredients, and lot codes – it’s an important component of regulatory compliance.
EcoStruxure™ Serialization solution suite, Aggregation and Track & Trace module along with Cognex vision systems help in integrating an integrated traceability solution for downstream supply chain.
EcoStruxure™ Serialialization suite receives Serialization codes from regulations and sends the codes to be printed on each pack, Bundle, and Master case.
Cognex Camera systems installed at various locations in the line scans the codes individually or in a set for code verification and aggregation of the child to parent (for Bundle and master case) and sends the information to EcoStruxure™ aggregation system.
The EcoStruxure™ aggregation system sends the final verification and aggregation data to the final Serialization and aggregation repository to be submitted externally to regulation with shipping events.
